Will the AI give legal advice or quote fees?
No. By design, the AI is forbidden from giving legal advice or quoting fees, retainers, or hourly rates. If a caller asks “do I have a case?” or “how much do you charge?”, the AI deflects to you — “that’s a question for the attorney, let me grab your info so they can call you back.” This protects you from inadvertent UPL exposure and avoids quoting prices that don’t fit the matter.
How does it handle emergencies — DUI arrests, restraining orders, custody crises?
The AI triages urgency. Emergency signals (just-arrested, DV-in-progress, RO-needed-today, child-custody-emergency, accident-day-PI) trigger an immediate SMS to your cell with the caller’s name, number, and a one-line summary. Does it run a conflict check?
